Cancellation:

1.You can cancel the full Ticket or partial Ticket.
2.Service Tax none refundable.
3.Yesterday's Tickets cannot be cancelled.
4.Please take the updated Print of the Ticket.
5.Below are the Cancellation Charge.

Cancellation Charges:

1.With in 12 hours from the station departure time: 100 %
2.With in 24 hours from the station departure time: 75 %
3.Between 1 to 2 days before station departure time: 50 %
4 Otherwise : 25 %
Cancellation & Refund Policy

ANT Travels Pvt. Ltd. believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal Refund policy:

If amount getting debited from customer account and ticket not issued, ANT Travels Pvt. Ltd. will refund the entire Fare and ANT Travels Pvt. Ltd. service charges electronically(as credit to the relevant credit /debit card account used for the transaction), but the bank/card transaction charges are likely to be forfeited. If ticket issued, ANT Travels Pvt. Ltd. will refund on the basis of cancellation policy except GST from total amount payed. ANT's payment reconciliation team works on a 24 x 7 basis, ANT Travels Pvt. Ltd. offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds reaching the Customers card/bank accounts.Approximately refund time is 7 working days.
